Mathworks Matlab R2012b (8.00) Linux/MacOSX x64| 4.99 GB

Description
Programming language for engineering and mathematical calculations. An extensive library of functions makes it easy to work (in particular a graphical representation of data)
MATLAB - a high-level technical computing language, interactive environment for algorithm development and modern tools of data analysis. MATLAB compared to traditional programming languages ??(C / C, Java, Pascal, FORTRAN) allows an order to reduce the time solution of typical problems and simplifies the development of new algorithms. MATLAB is the foundation of the entire product family MathWorks is the main tool for solving a wide range of scientific and applied problems in areas such as: modeling facilities and development of control systems, design of communication systems, signal and image processing, measurement signals and testing, financial modeling, computational biology, etc.
MATLAB allows the kernel as easy to work with real matrices, complex and analytical data types. Contains built-in linear algebra (LAPACK, BLAS), fast Fourier transform (FFTW), functions for working with polynomials, functions, basic statistics and numerical solutions of differential equations. All built-in core MATLAB developed and optimized by experts and work faster or the same as their equivalent in C / C

Additional information
1. Matlab version of the name contains the last character of a letter or b that are not related to the pre-release alpha and beta stages of release. a - means release in the first half of the year, b - means release in the second half of the year.
2. Matlab can be installed without removing the previous version.
3. When you reinstall Matlab settings are not removed. If you need to add a toolbox or blokset - do not be afraid to rearrange Matlab in the same folder.
4. Start learning Matlab from the site exponent'y, video presentations, books
5. Who's very interesting what components are included in this version went down the list below. Who does not like the lack of X64 versions of what is in the X32 version reread paragraph 5. in this list

Command for VER on Matlab 2012b X64 Linux : http://pastebin.com/WZXBCgY3
Command for VER on Matlab 2012b X64 MacOS : http://pastebin.com/cW8GPLhs

Distribution is in the iso-image in the file Matlab800_MacUnix.iso
See how to put the details in your serial / Readme.txt (run on Linux and install InstallForMacOSX under MacOS)
or
use automatic installation that is install_auto_linux run on Linux and InstallForMacOSX_Auto under MacOS.
Who took advantage of automatic installation, do not forget to vote in the poll at the top cap threads (for statistics)

Solve the problem
1. If you get an error "/ usr/local/MATLAB/R2011a/bin/util/oscheck.sh: 605??: / lib/libc.so.6: not found" then try the command in the terminal.
Under Ubuntu 12.X x32: sudo ln-s / lib/i386-linux-gnu/libc-2.13.so / lib/libc.so.6
Under Ubuntu 12.X x64: sudo ln-s / lib64/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc-2.13.so / lib64/libc.so.6
Under Ubuntu 11.X x64: sudo ln-s / lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc-2.13.so / lib64/libc.so.6
More information about this error, see here and here
2. If you experience a bug with Jav'oy try to install an update from the site Java Oracle. Especially for Ubuntu 12.X.
It may be recommended to do this even if you do not have bugs with Java since Sun's Java bug-free and smart ... for details, see here and here
3. If you get an error like "/ tmp/mathworks_5746/sys/java/jre/glnxa64/jre/bin/java: Permission denied" then try to run the installer Matlab explicitly specify the path to the java command with the key drains javadir ... like so:

sudo. / install-javadir / usr/lib/jvm/java-1.6.0-openjdk
