Ansys 14.5 nCode DesignLife 8.0 ISR3 Build 125 (x32/x64) | 1.5 Gb

ANSYS nCode DesignLife provides advanced fatigue analysis integrated within the ANSYS 14.5 Workbench environment. Results and materials data from simulations within Workbench can be directly accessed by DesignLife. This provides an unparalleled combination of ease of use and powerful fatigue analysis for ANSYS users.
Based on the nCode DesignLife product, the ANSYS advanced fatigue solution provides intuitive and easy to use tools for performing efficient large model analysis and complete usage schedules. You can access a wide range of fatigue analysis capabilities including stress-life, strain-life, multi-axial, weld analysis and a virtual shaker table.

The ANSYS nCode DesignLife family of products integrates advanced engineering simulation analysis and signal processing tools within a simple-to-use graphical workflow environment hosted inside the ANSYS Workbench platform. In addition to providing general stress-life and strain-life approaches, nCode DesignLife incorporates established methods for both spot and seam weld analysis. Vibration shaker tests can be directly simulated in the frequency domain. The product efficiently analyzes large finite element models and complete usage schedules. Fatigue material properties from the nCode DesignLife Material Library are available directly within the ANSYS Workbench environment, making fatigue analysis immediately accessible and providing a much larger material library to ANSYS Workbench users.

Computing fatigue estimates requires few additional steps once a stress analysis has been performed. Specific material data can be defined by the user or imported from the existing library of materials provided by our solutions. Load variations are defined before the fatigue computation and results are automatically imported from the stress analysis.
