Video to Picture - a program to capture both the individual frames from a video film and a package of successive images, turning them into graphics file conversion in the presentation, TV - listing or GIF-animation to create a video clip. Allows correction of the material obtained on the framework, size, color, discoloration, etc. It has built-in player for search sites and demonstrate the results. Precise control length of time in Video to Picture
Can via progress bar and manual input time for precise control to per frame.
Video to Picture Resize
Powerful customize size functions in Video to Picture, you can select any size for your need. And support three interpolation option: Sawtooth -> strong contrast, distinct picture, but you may lose some details; Sharpen -> Its effect is very good, between smooth and sawtooth, picture is distinct. This is a popular way; Smooth -> Smooth edge without sawtooth, make picture looks vaguer.
Video to Picture Frame Rate
Display total frames in output, you can select X pictures per second for control speed in GIF animation, Video to picture support it only.
Additional Effects
Monochrome, inverse and brighten effect for you need.
