Absolute Color is based on a hue wheel subdivised into 6 sectors of 60 degrees. Choose a sector to restrict the tints of the image to this one.

Example 1: Here the magenta-red sector was chosen.

Example 2: Applied to the full spectrum, the sector green-cyan gives result below:

This filter has two options:

1-Preserve Lum:
When this option is checked, the luminance is protected. However, when it is unchecked, the plugin does not make any calculation!!! The three values r,g,b of each colors are just sorted out according to the chosen sector. Recommendation: leave marked.

2-Invert Hue:
Let's suppose that you chose the yellow-red sector. If you mark this option, the red tints will be inverted with the yellow tints.

New in version 1.1:
The internal out of gamut clipping method V1 has been replaced by the new method "Recommend V2" featured by HSL Plus 1.1. So you might get slightly different results when clipping occurs.
