The company announced the release of CodeGear CodeGear RAD Studio 2007 - a new version of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) for Microsoft ® Windows. The new product is designed for faster and more efficient development of powerful Windows-and. NET-database applications.
Product CodeGear RAD Studio, formerly known as Project «Highlander», combines Delphi ® for Win32 ®, C + + Builder ® and the new Delphi. NET 2.0 in a single integrated environment. This is the only Integrated Development Environment (IDE), which supports the rapid development of Windows,. NET and applications for Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, and Vista. This allows developers to build Web, client / server and desktop Windows-based applications for all three operating systems, and use these applications on any of these platforms.
Among the new features and capabilities CodeGear solutions are the following:
