Overview
This software is perfect for real estate agents, brokers or web directory entrepreneurs! PhpRealEstate includes an easy toggle that will allow you to make your directory exclusive ( perfect for a real estate agent's personal website ) or you can toggle to allow visitors to submit their property listings also!
Administrator Features
* Flexible directory locations! You can create unlimited countries, cities, states (etc..) OR only just a few if you wish to serve a more localized area, the choice is yours. We include a pre-created list of countries available for easy import as well if you prefer to support all locations that can be easily imported.
* Customizable upgrade packages. Our system allows you to create & control how listings can be upgraded by your directory users! Control number of photo's allowed, listing color
* Unlimited category ( property type ) support!
* Sales history and earnings report features.
* User management features.
* Many preferences available, as as the ability to toggle user "new listing" automation preferences, you can have PhpRealEstate approve new listings automatically, or require that they be approved by an administrator, you can set the size of property image gallery images, thumbnails, etc. Sort your directory listings by date added or alphabetically.
* Customizable "property features" (such as "lake view", "near school" etc..) You can import our default features package, add your own, or create your very own list.
Ecommerce Features
* Paypal ecommerce integration. PhpRealEstate uses Paypal's IPN technology. You can manage recurring subscriptions or offer one-time payment inclusion. (Note, PhpRealEstate can run alongside other IPN scripts & does not require your one and only Paypal IPN URL slot).
* Billing available in monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual subscription options, as well as one time payment option. Create your own listing upgrade packages and decide what kind of price you want to charge your users. PhpRealEstate automates everything from signup to cancellation.
