Rhinoceros 3D by company McNeal & Associates - a very powerful ("Rhino" after all!) And easy to use suite of true NURBS modeling. This is not a universal 3D program (there is no animation and scant opportunities for texturing or rendering), but it is intended specifically for designers who want to build a high-quality 3D models. At Rhino has the tools, very similar to NURBS modeling tools that can be found in expensive high-end programs such as Alias ??


Studio, Rhino though more limited associativity and no flowcharts scene or construction history. Rhino can seamlessly join together many components trimmed NURBS and export them to a variety of NURBS and polygon formats. Rhino approach to modeling, probably too heavyweight to build characters with high-quality animation, but is ideal for buildings, vehicles, weapons and mechanical models, design, engineering, prototyping, or even polished 3D logos and text.
