In a continuous effort to improve the quality and stability of the product, we publish this fix for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 all languages. This fix will address the following questions:
This patch fixes a problem with the Survey figures properties dialog. In the lower section of the panel, you can now see the properties for the vertex figures of string type.
This patch fixes a problem when opening an AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 drawing Navisworks Manage 2013 with AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 Object Enabler installed. After applying the hotfix, importing a drawing using Navisworks Manage 2013 no longer causes the application stops responding or quit unexpectedly.

To apply this update, download and run for your operating system executable file.
You can not run an automatic uninstall to remove this update. To restore your version of AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 to its pre-update, uninstall AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 and reinstall it.
