You can activate using Microsoft Toolkit 2.4.9 (Included).
Click the Office button, then Activation tab, etc.
Currently MTK does not yet activate KMS v6 which comes in the
latest build of Windows 8.1. Keep current on the MTK thread on
MDL. I've included a link. You can find out when/if it supports
Windows 8.1. In the meantime, I've included a Retail conversion
kit. You can use that for a legit un-blocked retail key, or use
the VL version for MAK. Both Retail and MAK activation of Office
2013 work on Windows 8.1, but KMS is still progressing.
DO NOT BUG me for activation instructions or keys. I will ignore
such requests. Actually, just don't bug me. Use it or don't.
I don't care which.
Install Instructions:
-Mount ISO or extract to HD
-Run Setup.exe
