Installing the Russian language :
Press Win + R
In the window that appears, prescribes "lpksetup" and click " OK "
A window "Add / Remove Language" . In it , click " Set Language" , specify the path tothe file lp_ru-ru_x86.cab ( in the archive ) and click " Next"
We are waiting for the end of the installation.
Go to Control Panel All Control Panel Items Language Options and then select the language of the system
Go to Control Panel - Clock , Language and Region - Regional Options - Advanced - Copy settings and tick the box at the bottom of parameters .
Restart the computer . Everything. Windows 8.1 is fully translated !
The procedure for treatment :
The archive contains two activator.
System requirements :
Processor: 1 GHz or more.
RAM : 1 GB or more.
Free space on hard drive: 16 GB or more
Graphics: the graphics device Microsoft DirectX 9 or later version.
Additional requirements to use certain features
To use the touch features require tablet or monitor that supports multi-touch
To access the Windows Store to download and run applications that require an active internet connection and a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768 pikseley.Dlya binding applications require a minimum screen resolution of 1366 x 768
