OS X Mavericks has over 200 new features such as Maps and iBooks apps for Mac , tabs and labels Finder, a new version of Safari and improved support for multiple screens. The latest version of the world 's most advanced operating also incorporates new energy-saving technologies .
This is not an installer , I this was meant to be restored onto a freshly formatted volume . Technicians , Mac power users and tinkerers will understand how much this is Easier and quicker than using the installer.
This was created for Those of You That would rather skip all the hassles of installing a fresh OS onto a newly formatted volume .
This virgin OS has never been booted yet and will require you to create a user account upon boot .
To restore this onto a Mac GUID partitioned volume: Use Apple 's Disk Utility to restore it to a fresh volume or disk copying your favorite tool.
Additional info:
- The disk image is restore ready and you do not need to " scan for restore " prior to using the restore button When using Apple 's Disk Utility.
- You'll will need a minimum of 7 gigabytes of space but 12 gigabytes or more would be better for basic needs
