Delete the file MG16.DLL with C: WINDOWS system32
Who says that the version is outdated
Create a batch file with the following contents :
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software VB and VBA Program Settings CommLRE UN]
"TOP" = "15-02-2014-0-0-9"
and date on the computer to install 16.02.2014 . This must be done before each run directory.
