The Phase One renderer now supports the same images as Capture One 7.2.1.

Fix for script-invoked item renaming not also renaming auxiliary files (sidecars, Capture One settings)

Fix for condition in which catalog locking would not occur properly.
Fix for movie poster frame handling issues.
Fix for "Rename using EXIF Date" script.
