Prometheus Certified Associate (PCA) Course. Prometheus is an open source monitoring and alert solution that collects metric data and stores it in a time series database. Prometheus collects criteria by scratching targets that expose criteria through the HTTP endpoint. SoundCloud created it and joined the Cloud Native Computing Foundation in 2016. The main features of Prometheus are:

PromQL - Flexible query language
Collects data through a tensile model
Multidimensional model
Goals can be defined statically or dynamically through service discovery
Internal dashboard and visualization
Create alerts / notifications via AlertManager
This course will give you a strong foundation for installing, configuring, launching and managing the Prometheus server. In addition, it helps you prepare for the Prometheus Certified Associate (PCA) test. Each topic will include an in-depth lecture and a practical lab to reinforce what is covered during the lecture. At the end of the course, a final test will prepare you for the questions you see when taking the PCA test.
